Met grassroots leaders from various political parties in Samburu County led by Governor Lati Lelelit at State House Nairobi. They included sitting and former MCAs and MPs from UDA, Jubilee and PNU, among other political parties They have agreed to work together as the country heads to the General Election next year. Leaders at the meeting included former Samburu Governor Moses Lenolkulal, former Women Rep Maison Leshomo, and former MP Alois Lentoimaga. We also discussed the measures we are taking in the transformation of Samburu and the entire country. Explained that the recently established National Infrastructure Fund will play a critical role in the development of road infrastructure, water storage facilities and energy generation.(William Samoei Ruto, PhD)
