Deep Tide TechFlow reports: On July 24, according to Protos, George Cottrell, assistant to UK Reform Party leader Nigel Farage and previously convicted of wire fraud, received a total of $8.8 million in his Polymarket account (username 'GCottrell93') in October 2024—$7 million of which came from an OKX exchange wallet (transferred in five transactions), and another $1.83 million from a ChangeNOW wallet. The funds were subsequently used to bet on Trump winning the U.S. election, ultimately yielding approximately $13 million in profits, with $2.82 million transferred to OKX wallets and $282,000 to ChangeNOW.
