BitMEX can't really compare with the ones mentioned earlier,
FTX previously made it to the TOP 3.
Even if 3-5 of these smaller exchanges go under,
it still doesn't mean the bear market bottom is here.
If 2 of the TOP 10 exchanges collapse, then it would be a real issue.
