If the video verification reveals that the account is not being used by the actual account holder, Bithumb will restrict login access. If the user does not answer the video call, the system will attempt to contact them up to four times. If verification cannot be completed, Bithumb will temporarily restrict withdrawal and asset transfer functions, which will be restored once identity confirmation is completed.
