Odaily Planet Daily reports that Iran's Mehr News Agency has released the detailed terms of the 14-point U.S.-Iran Memorandum of Understanding:
1. Permanently and immediately cease all wars on all fronts, including in Lebanon.
2. The U.S. commits to non-interference in Iran's internal affairs and to respecting Iran's sovereignty.
3. Completely lift the maritime blockade on Iran within 30 days.
4. The U.S. commits to withdrawing troops from areas surrounding Iran.
5. Under arrangements made by Iran, the Strait of Hormuz will be reopened within 30 days.
6. Suspend sanctions on the sale of Iranian oil, petrochemical products, and derivatives, and allow Iran full access to its financial resources.
7. The U.S. and its allies are required to provide Iran with at least $300 billion for reconstruction plans.
8. Reach a final agreement on nuclear issues within 60 days and fully lift primary and secondary U.S. sanctions on Iran, as well as United Nations Security Council and International Atomic Energy Agency Board resolutions.
9. Reaffirm Iran's commitment under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons not to develop nuclear weapons.
10. During negotiations, the U.S. commits not to deploy additional troops to the region or impose new sanctions.
11. During the 60-day final negotiation period, release $24 billion in frozen funds. Half of this amount must be provided to Iran before negotiations begin.
12. Establish a monitoring mechanism to implement the agreement.
13. The final agreement will be approved by a United Nations Security Council resolution.
14. Final negotiations will only begin after half of Iran's frozen funds are unfrozen, sanctions on Iranian oil are suspended, and the maritime blockade is lifted. The final agreement will solely address the future of enriched uranium materials and enrichment processes, the lifting of sanctions, and Iran's economic reconstruction plan. Issues related to Iran's missile program and support for resistance organizations have been explicitly removed from the agenda. (Jin10 Data APP)
