Reach a final agreement on nuclear issues within 60 days and fully lift primary and secondary U.S. sanctions on Iran, as well as United Nations Security Council and International Atomic Energy Agency Board resolutions. 9. Reaffirm Iran's commitment under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons not to develop nuclear weapons. 10. During negotiations, the U.S. commits not to deploy additional troops to the region or impose new sanctions. 11. During the 60-day final negotiation period, release $24 billion in frozen funds.
