Although BTC's data was pretty good yesterday thanks to the CLARITY Act, this positive news didn’t carry over to ETH. ETH’s data still showed net outflows, though the outflow volume wasn’t significant. What stood out was BlackRock investors—rarely do they sell during favorable conditions, but they did yesterday. Meanwhile, Fidelity investors were buying.
This highlights ETH’s somewhat awkward position right now. While it’s the most compliant and traditional capital-friendly asset after Bitcoin, the gap between the two is still significant. In fact, the CLARITY Act benefits both BTC and ETH equally, reinforcing their status as commodities.
