Spent the weekend working on a new skill called Kami (紙, かみ). You can think of it as the little sister of Waza (技, わざ) and the daughter of Kaku (書く). It's mainly designed for paper layout scenarios. For example, if you need to produce a one-page report, write a white paper, create a polished PPT, or put together a portfolio PDF to send to someone—basically, any print layout scenario—you can use it. It automatically generates refined PDFs and even has the ability to automatically draw clear diagrams. It's almost ready. I worked on it a bit more after work in the evening, and it's starting to feel good. Still need to do some finishing touches. I really love clean, clear, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions, but I’m not a fan of the current trend where everything looks like the same AI design style. So I spent all of Sunday creating Kami for my creative outputs and to share with friends. Looking forward to open-sourcing it this week.
