Even though I made money shorting $RAVE today, it was a classic case of event-driven trading. Opened and added to my position when that Zach guy posted and the BG CEO replied. Took a nap and woke up to find that most of the losses from shorting the past few days have basically been recovered. But after waking up, I realized something feels off. This is like a reverse version of 'draining the pond to catch the fish.' Newbies come into the crypto space chasing these 100x altcoins. If pumping gets investigated every time, who the hell would still want to play? These few dumbass CEOs are seriously brain-dead. $RAVE brought some momentum to the market, which gave MM a chance to pump and heat things up. That’s how the market gets lively.
