In the initial stage, it will focus on life health and embodied intelligence. \AI Empowers Industries In terms of basic research and development, InnoHK Innovation Hong Kong R&D Platform (InnoHK) has currently supported 16 laboratories focused on AI and robotics, including AI driven robotics technology that can be widely applied in industries such as healthcare, logistics, intelligent manufacturing, and construction. \The government's 3 billion yuan "Artificial Intelligence Funding Program" has approved nearly 30 research projects involving big language models, new materials, biomedical and other fields, strengthening local AI research and application. \We are actively aligning with the national "Artificial Intelligence+" initiative, driving the "AI industrialization and industrial AI" through application scenarios. The Hong Kong Artificial Intelligence Research Institute will be put into operation in the second half of the year, supporting the research and development of AI projects and the transformation of results, and providing opinions on the governance framework and regulatory system for AI development. \The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and Cyberport have just launched the second phase of sandbox testing, focusing on exploring "using AI to counter AI" and promoting the safer and more responsible application of AI in the banking industry.
