Market makers in this version seem to prefer dumping directly to sell off, rather than pumping the price and selling slowly.
Because if you pump, maybe no one will follow, but if you dump, there’s always someone ready to catch the dip .
I really don’t get what kind of game this is.
Before pumping, market makers short the market themselves, then get people hyped up to go long. Once it’s pumped to a certain level and no one else is jumping in, they just dump it all at once and call it a day.
All I can say is, any resemblance to real events is purely coincidental.
Right now, the whole market is just market makers betting against the few remaining retail investors. The key is, most of us retail traders have already lost almost everything, so now we’re left with no choice but to go head-to-head with them.
