Just saw that 2025 graduate going all in on web3. Honestly, feeling pretty emotional about it. How is this any different from joining the Nationalist Army in '49? You can see the situation clearly now, even from the roadside. Us old-timers aren’t willing to leave because we’ve made big money here. This is the place we know best. Back on February 6th, when silver and $BTC crashed together, I told a lot of friends: for short-term rebound trades, buying $BTC isn’t as good as buying silver. In major cycles, big assets rarely peak all at once unless there’s something extraordinary happening. There’s always a big rebound. One was a bull market crash, the other was a bear market crash. My friends all understood this logic, but in the end, $BTC still had a much larger position than silver. It’s just because this is something we’ve been playing with for 10 years, something we know inside out. Why would a newbie still choose crypto? It’s nothing but a gambler’s mindset. Right now, this is clearly a market with very low expectations. But the gamblers coming in are focused on variance. It’s the small chance, the extremely small chance of striking it rich, lost in their fantasies. Of course, I’m the same. When I chose crypto back then, it was also for the dream of getting rich. That’s why I loved playing with altcoins. But when I entered the space, it wasn’t the very beginning of the Northern Expedition, but at least before the war started, right? The Nationalist Party still had plenty of opportunities and room for advancement. Now it’s basically like joining the Nationalist Army in '49. I don’t even know if I’m crazy or what. I still have quite a bit of crypto assets in hand, yet here I am FUDing newbies who are coming in to give me money.
