CNHT, launched in 2019, has seen low market acceptance and has ceased minting and issuance on the Ethereum and Tron blockchains as of today. Holders must complete redemption by early 2027. Tether stated that this move is part of a strategic adjustment aimed at focusing resources on products with strong intrinsic adoption rates. The withdrawal of CNHT is primarily due to its usage scale and liquidity being unable to compare with USDT.
