I believe this is a very positive move.
It raises the bar for project promotion and increases income for KOLs, allowing us to focus on creating content with peace of mind and set fair prices for our work.
This is how it should have been from the beginning. I put in real effort to build my audience. If, for example, Kalshi approaches me for a promotion and pays $500–$2,000 for a single tweet, I would clearly disclose it as an advertisement sponsored by Kalshi.
When my followers see that a project is willing to allocate real budget, it builds trust in the project itself—rather than flooding the space with low-quality posts, fake metrics, and misleading packaging just to extract marketing budgets from project teams.(Lucas)
