Vitalik proposes that personal LLM can help promote the development of decentralized governance

On February 21st, Vitalik, the founder of Ethereum, stated that there are risks in the governance of artificial intelligence. Weak artificial intelligence may cause chaos, while strong artificial intelligence may bring disasters. However, the rational use of artificial intelligence can empower humans and promote the development of decentralized governance models. Vitalik pointed out that decentralized governance models, such as DAO on Ethereum, face limitations in human attention and can be addressed through individual LLM, including personal governance agents, public dialogue agents, and suggestion markets, to help users efficiently participate in decision-making and improve governance quality.
