Runway completes $315 million financing at a valuation of $5.3 billion

AI video startup Runway has completed a new round of funding at a valuation of $5.3 billion, raising $315 million, and is expected to officially announce on Tuesday. This round of financing is led by Pan Atlantic Investment Group, with participation from Nvidia, Fidelity Investments, Lianbo, and Future Asset Management. Less than a year since its last financing, Runway raised $308 million at a valuation slightly above $3 billion last year. As of now, the company has raised a total of 860 million US dollars in financing.
