Coin Metrics analysis shows that since the Fusaka upgrade reduced transaction costs, the volume of stablecoin 'dust' transactions on Ethereum has doubled. The analysis found that among 227 million USDC and USDT balance updates, 43% were transfers under $1, and 38% were under $0.01. Currently, such dust attacks account for about 11% of Ethereum's daily transaction volume (compared to 3-5% before the upgrade) and 26% of active addresses (compared to 15-20% before the upgrade). This surge is mainly driven by 'address poisoning' scams, where scammers exploit low costs to send tiny amounts of funds, tricking users into copying fake, similar-looking addresses. Nevertheless, the report emphasizes that most network activity remains legitimate. (Cointelegraph) http://(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=56165
