According to Reuters, crypto asset custody startup BitGo Holdings priced its IPO at $18 per share, higher than the previous range of $15–$17. The company issued 11.8 million shares, raising $212.8 million, with a valuation of approximately $2.08 billion, becoming the first digital asset company to go public in 2026. Founded in 2013, BitGo is one of the leading crypto asset custody institutions in the United States.
