Small Stocks Ask, 'Why Do You Hate Me?' While ETFs as whole took in $1.5T last year, small cap ETFs got nothing, outflows in fact. Brutal. Large has won 5 straight years, allocations are at decade low, new launches have dried up, 'left for dead' vibes all around. I think it's partially secular but others think cyclical and small will rule again like in the 2000s. I guess we'll see..(Eric Balchunas)
