A victim from 1996, would not need to have their 2019 flight records (AFTER Epstein was arrested) subpoenaed over meeting with a journalist. Epstein was arrested on July 6th. These documents list the return flight of July 8th and had been booked in June. So why would anyone be tracking the flights of either a victim or a journalist, when this was not evidence relevant to the arrest, nor was it to any Epstein locations?
