Last night, NVIDIA was the strongest performer among the big tech stocks, clearly breaking out of the consolidation range. The most direct news is probably that after Trump previously lifted chip export restrictions, media reports revealed that NVIDIA has already informed Chinese clients about plans to deliver H200 chips in mid-February 2026. This shipment in mid-February is expected to include 5,000–10,000 module units, roughly 40,000 to 80,000 H200 chips.
If NVIDIA delivers 1 million H200 chips to China in 2026, which equals 125,000 H200 8-card modules, the corresponding sales revenue would reach $25 billion, with the U.S. government taking over $6 billion in revenue. If this plan is completed, it could bring about a 10% revenue increase for NVIDIA.
