Tether's open-source password manager, gave it a quick try and it's pretty decent, fully offline experience. Let me complain about two security points first: 1. The default password is only 8 characters, way too short... 2. The exported Vault file is actually in plain text, scared me to death... Also, when will it support encrypted storage for wallet mnemonic phrases like 1Password? Looking forward to future versions...
