Looks like the U.S. won't cut interest rates in January, the earliest would be March. After the March cut, Powell's term will almost be up, so there probably won't be another cut before June. This means it’s pushed to the second half of next year again. So for the next six months, we can only rely on balance sheet expansion. These days might not be easy.
