These past few days, everyone’s been saying ETH data looks good, but by Thursday, the numbers started to drop. First, BlackRock, which had been consistently buying, reported zero activity on Thursday. Then Grayscale, which followed BlackRock’s buying trend, only had a net inflow of just over 2,000 tokens. Other institutions, including Fidelity, are pretty much negligible. Looking at the overall ETF data, whether it’s BTC or ETH, you can clearly feel the cooling off. Traditional investors are reducing their investments in crypto. However, while buying has decreased, selling hasn’t spiked either—otherwise, the market pressure would be much greater.
