We discussed key #EU decisions on Ukraine’s financing, stronger energy support, and swift progress on the 20th sanctions package against Russia. I stressed that Belarus’ hybrid actions – including repeated airspace violations with smuggling baloons – pose a serious security threat requiring a united EU response.
