It's not surprising to me that a decision on FOCIL was delayed another week. Decisions on certain proposals get delayed or put off indefinitely all the time in both the #Ethereum and #Bitcoin governance. Think EOF, SSZ, Verkle, etc. Here's why:(Christine D. Kim)
