There is an interesting Prisoner's Dilemma developing right now in the HYPE order books. Tomorrow, at 0900 EST, Sonnet will vote to create a business combination that would merge Sonnet with Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. and Rorschach I LLC, creating a new digital asset treasury company centered on HYPE accumulation and staking. The vote on Nov 18th was a failure bc 95% of votes were PRO merger... but the company lacked a enough shareholder participation to proceed with the deal. The Board of Directors have unanimously favored the deal. If enough votes are not drummed up (again), HYPE likely sees further decline in PA. If the measure finally passes, structural buy pressure will occur via the DAT...likely supporting current price levels. Holders in LTCG (and at risk of further price decline) must decide if the odds are ever in their favor.(CryptoCondom)
