Putting aside the details of the interview, the real reason this caused such a big reaction in the community is because the entire society is currently in an economic downturn. Previously, the crypto space was doing slightly better than traditional industries, but after 10.11, with Bitcoin leading the crypto market into a death dive, a lot of people suffered heavy losses. It's understandable that everyone is feeling frustrated and angry. If this were a bull market, even if people didn’t have an A9 in hand, they could still dream of 'maybe I’ll be the next A9,' and there’d be more tolerance. But recently, even that dream seems to have shattered. That said, I want to point out that even if you’ve lost big, as long as you’re still in the crypto space, anything is possible. The crypto market is tough right now, but it’s still much easier to bounce back here than in traditional industries. After all, this is a 24/7 market, evolving much faster than the outside world. Even if you don’t end up making a fortune, learning a trick or two or gaining deeper insights into human nature is still a win.
