[Peter Schiff: Bitcoin Drops While Gold and Silver Surge, This Divergence May Continue Until 2026] Odaily Planet Daily News – Economist and long-time Bitcoin critic Peter Schiff posted on the X platform, stating that despite MSTR and several Bitcoin reserve companies continuing to push related narratives and purchasing large amounts of Bitcoin during 2025, Bitcoin is still down about 4% for the year with only one month left until the end of the year. He noted that, in stark contrast, gold and silver have risen approximately 60% and 95%, respectively, this year, despite the lack of hype and concentrated institutional buying. Schiff claimed that this trend of divergence is 'very likely to continue in December and into 2026.'
