[Shanghai's First Data Cross-Border Service Center in Central Urban Area Unveiled] According to China News Service, Shanghai's first data cross-border service center in the central urban area was officially established in Jing'an District on the 29th. On the same day, the Jing'an District Data Cross-Border Service Center was unveiled. Fan Xiaowei, Director of the Shanghai Municipal Cyberspace Administration, stated that the establishment of the Jing'an District Data Cross-Border Service Center is another significant achievement in Shanghai's deepening reforms in the field of cross-border data flow. As an important extension of the 'Central-Municipal-District' three-tier cyberspace system, it fills the gap in 'nearby services' for cross-border data in the central urban area and provides systematic institutional support for the compliant development of cross-border data for regional enterprises. The Shanghai Municipal Cyberspace Administration hopes that Jing'an District will continue to enhance its cyberspace service capabilities and provide a model for building district-level cyberspace systems in mega cities.
