Lawsuits like this are nonsense. This is not someone who has an actual concern about Kalshi, this is people who lost money on bad predictions trying to get it back via settlement. They also don’t know how these systems work. They argue that it is house backed gambling because the rates are similar to the odds at house backed gambling sites. That’s called arbitrage. When multiple markets exist, their odds and outcomes will converge, because the difference between them is profitable. If you want to be a grown-up and access products related to investing, gambling, predicting, etc - then you don’t get to cry about it when you make the wrong choice.(Adam Cochran (adamscochran.eth))
