If you're bearish lighter you can create a synthetic short by selling points you don't have OTC and purchase the equivalent amount of tokens at TGE. If the valuation is below the OTC price at TGE you make a profit (you buy the token on the market and deliver to buyer and receive his and your own collateral). At most you lose the collateral you locked up (if price >2x the OTC price you don't deliver the tokens but give up your collateral). Not that I'd recommend this I think pts are pretty fairly priced here.(Thor)
