Using distributed ledger technology (DLT), the pilot demonstrated the modernization potential for scenarios such as cross-border payments, multi-currency settlements, and POS systems, with all participating banks adhering to traditional compliance standards within the existing regulatory framework. Amina Bank's CEO stated that the pilot proves that technological innovation and financial stability can coexist, providing a practical model for the transformation of the global financial system. As the operational currency partner for the pilot, Crypto Finance Group was responsible for setting transaction rules and overseeing compliance processes.
