XRP hits the previous weekly low, EMA100, and weekly oversold levels—three bullish signals appearing simultaneously.
Even though the signals are all there, this doesn’t necessarily mean a short-term opportunity.
The issue isn’t about the strength of the signals but lies in XRP’s historical volatility patterns, which determine that its price movement is completely different from small-cap coins.
Its price moves at a slower pace, with longer consolidation periods, and trend confirmation requires a longer timeframe. Short-term trading is hard to profit from under this rhythm.
Therefore, a more stable trading strategy would be to use the recent daily low as a stop-loss line, buy in batches within the support zone, execute DCA as planned, and wait for the completion of the larger cycle reversal.
