Recently took a look at Zama, only 5 days left, and things are moving fast. Testnet v2 is live, with decryption performance improved by 10×, and more MPC partners introduced for key management. The Litepaper explains ZAMA thoroughly: a protocol-native token used for confidential operation fees and staking, with fees tied to real usage through a 'burn + mint new tokens for nodes' model.
The countdown for the S4 Creator Program has begun, and @zama’s narrative has shifted from concepts to delivery. More importantly, Zama uses fhEVM + a coprocessor network to bring composable confidential contracts and ACL permission models to the Ethereum ecosystem. The next focus will be on three things: mainnet stability, the first batch of real applications, and whether the fee-token-computation closed loop can run smoothly.
Zama’s development experience is almost unchanged from Solidity, with data fully encrypted throughout and results verifiable; private voting, sealed auctions, privacy DeFi, and encrypted AI can all be implemented. @zama’s official updates in recent weeks have leaned more towards proof of delivery: version numbers, operator lists, and project progress are disclosed one by one. ACL’s one-time authorization makes cross-contract ciphertext calls more efficient. Ultimately, ZAMA’s long-term performance will depend on real usage and cash flow, not short-term sentiment.
