The goal is to address privacy leaks caused by transaction transparency on the blockchain while maintaining compatibility with DeFi. Privacy mechanism: It uses "pointer-based amounts" to hide transaction amounts and balance details. Instead of exposing specific values, it achieves confidentiality through encryption. This allows users to transfer tokens on-chain without revealing the exact amounts to the entire network. This standard has already been implemented by teams like OpenZeppelin and Zama's FHEVM (Fully Homomorphic Encryption EVM).
