Landmark is not far from Japan Street, to be honest, I really don't recommend everyone to go to Japan Street for entertainment. It's almost a trap step by step, and there's no problem passing by. When entering the store for consumption, you still need to be very cautious, especially for Chinese customers who are basically regarded as mobile ATMs. Local customers told me that they often go to Japan Street to rescue people, but in reality, at most they can get a 60% discount, and the money they should give is not less than one cent. I only went to Japan Street for one purpose, that is, the coffee shop opposite Cherry, which is full of my favorite Rice noodles for Ho Chi Minh. Every time I went to Ho Chi Minh, I would go to eat them once, which should be more than the times I ate benthic fish in the Vincom Center. In particular, the soup tastes really good. Every time I took a taxi to take a meal of noodles, and then took a taxi back to Landmark. The transportation in Ho Chi Minh City is quite poor, and taking a taxi is not expensive. I haven't really paid much attention to the price. For short-term travel in Ho Chi Minh City, taking a taxi is not a problem, but for long-term living, motorcycles will be more convenient. Using Grab in Ho Chi Minh City is very convenient, and it can be reached within ten minutes by car. However, from my personal perspective, if we stay at Landmark, the meal cost is not very cheap, about $10 per meal. If we go to the mall to eat, there are more choices and the price is more expensive. $20 per person should be around the same. The weather in Vietnam is similar to that in Singapore. It is very hot, but I feel that it rains frequently in Vietnam, and the ratio of heavy rainstorm is very high. Almost every time I go there will be a heavy rainstorm, which is also the advantage of living in Landmark. You can solve all problems in one stop almost without going out. Overall, I am indeed investing in and laying out industries in Vietnam now.
