If the proposal is approved, Astar Core 38 will achieve a 28-day automatic renewal, ensuring continuous network operation without requiring manual or governance-driven renewal actions. Currently, the Astar sovereign account balance is approximately 300 DOT, which, at the current rate, can support about 2 years of renewal coverage.
