Great presentation by @BitcoinPierre. I'm not surprised that mNAVs have generally contracted towards 1 (or below). Valuation is mainly derived from the market's expectation of bitcoin's CAGR and a TC's cost of debt. I also won't be surprised if mNAVs expand again in the future as bitcoin moves higher.(Joe Burnett, MSBA)
