Following one of the darkest moments in the crypto industry, when everyone lost trust after FTX fall, @okx team pioneered monthly automated Proof of Reserves to assure that the new paradigm should be trustless. Everything should be verifiable (and indeed verified) instead of being taken for granted. Fast forward 3 years later, we have been consistently publishing PoR for 36 months, added more assets under the report coverage, upgraded the algorithm, and incorporated ZK technology to protect privacy while ensuring verifiability. On top of our monthly PoR reports, multiple independent external audits @hackenclub @CertiK @SlowMist_Team have been conducted on our systems.
