To be honest, ever since the launch of the $TogetherPlan in response to the 1011 black swan event, I received 800 USDC on Binance around 9 PM on October 15th. It's been half a month since then, and as far as I remember, @heyibinance and Binance's official channels have only mentioned it once or twice.
