He mentioned the truck was parked in front of his shop and that the police had contacted him but did not consider his actions illegal. However, when the local media identified themselves as reporters, he immediately changed his statement, claiming the cash was just a prop. The incident took place at the intersection of Maixing Road and Mingzhu Road in Huicheng District, Huizhou City. Several nearby businesses and establishments said they hadn’t noticed the vehicle.
