At one point, I had 74 full-time employees in my CBD company, and I was the unhappiest I’ve ever been. Now that we’ve scaled down to online only, it feels like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Don’t confuse having a lot of employees with success or happiness.(Joe Vargas)
