True story: When I first got into the space, Binance Coin (BNB) was around 240. Back then, I didn’t have many followers, and a big brother from Shanghai tipped me 1 BNB. He said he bought it when it was just $1. At the time, he mentioned something about leaving it on Cake or somewhere to farm, but I didn’t really understand what ‘farming’ meant back then. Turns out, this is what a ‘lie-flat’ Binance life looks like. For privacy reasons, I won’t @ him. That BNB he gave me? I haven’t sold it—it’s been used for transaction fees and eventually got completely consumed in trades . Looking back, my total investment portfolio hasn’t outperformed the 240-1200 BNB range. And if you add in new token launches, I’ve fallen even further behind. Over all these years, the only place I’ve managed to outperform BNB is in A-shares and U.S. stocks this year, where even with my eyes closed, I’ve made money.
