Many people feel that the high-valuation VC projects are piling up again, shaking the confidence of retail investors to take over. So, it’s meme season again. But if memes are also about creating high-control, high-market-cap setups, or small-cap bottom accumulation with coordinated pump-and-dump, then it’s no different from high-valuation VC projects.
