NVDA - KEYBANC RAISES NVIDIA PT TO 250 KeyBanc analyst John Vinh raised NVIDIA’s (NVDA) price target from 230 to 250, keeping an Overweight rating. He cited stronger CoWoS supply for 2025–26, improving rack manufacturing yields, and upgraded specs for the VR200 NVL144 chip, which should help NVIDIA stay ahead of AMD’s MI400. NVIDIA now expects 370K CoWoS interposers in 2025 (+90% YoY) and 530K in 2026 (+40%), with rack shipments on track for ~30K this year and at least 50K in 2026.(*Walter Bloomberg)
