According to Golden Finance, Sandclock, a decentralized wealth management platform that supports access to insurance and SOC-2 certification on the blockchain, announced the launch of its ETH treasury strategy. As of now, it holds 2477 ETH, surpassing Api3 DAO to rank 34th in Ethereum's reserve ranking.
