SenseTime plans to allocate HKD 2.5 billion for businesses such as RWA, stablecoins, and digital assets

According to BlockBeats, on July 24th, SenseTime Technology announced that it will issue 1.667 billion subscription shares on July 23rd (after the trading hours of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), with an expected total allocation of approximately HKD 2.5 billion. After deducting the allocation agency fee and other related expenses, the net proceeds from the allocation will be approximately HKD 2.498 billion. The subscriber for this subscription is Infini Capital, an international long-term capital. The proceeds from this round of allocation will mainly be used to support the development of the company's core business, including building an industry-leading AI cloud and continuously expanding the scale and scene coverage of the artificial intelligence infrastructure provider Tang Da device; Explore the technological integration and practice of artificial intelligence in innovative vertical fields, including but not limited to developing embodied intelligent robots, blockchain, real-world assets (RWA), digital assets, stablecoins and other businesses, obtaining relevant qualifications, and expanding the application of artificial intelligence big models in stroke control and settlement in digital finance.
