Bitwise: 46 new companies purchase Bitcoin in Q2, with a total holdings of 847000 coins

Odaily Planet Daily News: Bitwise has released its Q2 2025 enterprise Bitcoin holdings report on X platform. The total amount of Bitcoin held by listed companies reached 847000, an increase of 23.13% month on month, accounting for 4.03% of the total Bitcoin supply. The total value of these bitcoins reached $91 billion, a month on month increase of 60.93%, with an average purchase price of $107754 per bitcoin. In addition, the number of listed companies holding Bitcoin has reached 125, a month on month increase of 58.23%, with 46 new companies purchasing Bitcoin this quarter. Strategy ranks first in holdings with 597325 bitcoins, adding over 69000 bitcoins and generating $14 billion in unrealized gains in the second quarter. This quarter, the company purchased a total of 159107 bitcoins, among which the new company Twenty One made its debut, raised $685 million, and purchased over $450 million worth of bitcoins.
