It can be possible, but to be honest, the help of ETH's on chain data or exchange data is not very significant, especially the help of exchange data will be even smaller. Regularly updating BTC data is because what can affect Bitcoin price changes happens on the exchange, so whether it is the stock of the exchange or the inflow and outflow of the exchange, it will be of great help.
But ETH is different. Not to mention the large amount of L2, it disperses a lot of chips, and ETH's Staking and ReStaking also lock in a lot of chips. In addition, ETH does not need to be traded on an exchange, and trading on the chain is also very convenient. This makes the stock data or inflow and outflow data of the exchange less important.
It is very difficult to obtain complete ETH data, so the reason why I rarely write ETH data is here. After all, I am not even sure about the sample size of the data. If I write it, I am worried that it will mislead others, so I simply pulled it.
