According to CoinDesk, former PayPal blockchain leader Jos é Fern á ndez da Ponte has joined the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) as President and Chief Growth Officer. In addition, Jason Karsh, a former executive of Block and Blockchain.com, has joined Stellar as Chief Marketing Officer.
